No manufacture service availableAugust 8, 2007 S. Auerbach(Long Island, NY) I will never buy a Hitachi product again! After speaking to their tech support people about a non-working 6 gb microdrive, I was told that after the one year warranty period, that Hitachi will not service the unit or any of their drives. $280.00 in the crapper. From now on I will stick to SanDisk as I never had a problem with any of their products.
