Product Description
PNY's SDHC cards make a great solution for point-and-shoot digital cameras. With large capacity, you'll have plenty of space to capture and store those special moments... whether family or friends, vacations, sporting events and more.

1 out of 5 stars Bad Cards   July 19, 2008

I also have two of these cards. They have multiple read/right failures and are not recognized by computers (tested on 4 separate systems). The cards only seem to work in my camera and pictures can only be transferred through connecting the camera to a computer. I tried them in my Garmin nuvi 360 and one actually was recognized but when trying to transfer mp3s the same read/right/recognition problems occurred.
Do not buy these junk cards!

1 out of 5 stars two 4GB SDHC cards, two intermittent read/write failures - stay away   June 24, 2008

UPDATE: PNY was very responsive in exchanging both SD cards under warranty. I contacted them by email (the only way), they asked for more information, then sent me a return authorization.

The entire process took a couple of weeks, but I'm happy to report that the new cards seem to work properly.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I purchased the (very competitively-priced) 2-pack of 4GB PNY Class-4 Optima cards for my Canon A570 IS digital camera and Garmin nuvi 360. BOTH cards have failed with intermittent read/write errors. Despite low-level format (FAT32) both cards continue to exhibit errors.

Interestingly, the 4GB SDHC Class 4 Kingston cards I own work perfectly in both devices.

Perhaps I got a bad batch, but given two failures, I would not recommend this card.
