Customer Reviews:
Too slow for some applications March 13, 2008 Chris Hann (Alameda, CA United States) If you do sports photography with something like a Canon EOS40D which can run off 256Mb of images in one burst of a few seconds you are going to be waiting for this card a lot longer than for other cards at the same price. At 45x this is just over 1/6th the speed of 266x cards which sell for a similar price. A pretty picture doesn't make up for a lack of speed.
WAY Too Slow! December 4, 2007 Dan R. Barber (Utah) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I received 2 of these today & used them on a photoshoot with my Nikon D300. The write time is absolutely unacceptable! It took up to 5 seconds for each frame to write to the card. I'm sending them back tomorrow for a refund.

Works fast and reliably. Don't let 45X lead you to think that its not fast. 45X is more than enough.
