Calling Features
From L.A. to Lisbon, the KRZR K1m connects you effortlessly with friends, family, and your favorite content. The phone supports voice activated dialing, as well as Bluetooth wireless headsets, so you can cut the wires and talk hands-free. Polyphonic ringtones are supported, and there's a speakerphone for those times when you want to talk while doing other things. Picture and ringer IDs allow you to set photos and ringtones to identify incoming callers. Lastly, The KRZR K1m's embedded GPS location technology can pinpoint your exact location when you dial 911.

Messaging, Internet and Tools
The KRZR K1m supports all the messaging tools you need, such as MMS, SMS, EMS, and IM messaging capabilities. Use the phone's camcorder to send and record 15-second videos of just about anything. And because the KRZR K1m supports Verizon's getFLIX program, you can send video messages from your phone to an email address.

With support for the EV-DO high-speed data standard, the KRZR K1m is fully compatible with Verizon's V Cast service. With V Cast, you can download and stream high-quality video. Need news and weather? Get the latest Accuweather forecast delivered right to your handset, or stream CNN news headlines. ESPN sports updates, entertainment news from E!, and even Sesame Street content for the kids, are all available. V Cast also serves as a portal for enhanced 3D games, allowing you to have more fun with a new breed of realistic titles.

Verizon's music service is another EV-DO-powered service that makes the KRZR K1m all the more desirable. With V Cast Music, your phone is a music player, letting you jam out wherever you are. It's also a music store, and you can download songs instantly to your phone wirelessly. Save your songs to a memory card with a capacity that's right for you. You can even pause to take a call without missing a beat.

The KRZR K1m ships with a number of handy tools including an alarm clock, a calculator, a calendar, and a voice recorder. It supports the Sync ML data synchronization standard over Bluetooth or USB.

If desired, the onboard GPS feature can do more than give your current location to emergency personnel. The KRZR K1m is fully compatible with Verizon's VZ Navigator service, a feature that provides all the bells and whistles of an advanced navigation system on your mobile phone at a fraction of the price of other GPS devices and systems. The VZ Navigator service provides heads-up, voice-prompted turn-by-turn directions (with auto-rerouting if you miss a turn), local search of nearly fourteen million points of interest (POIs) in the United States, and detailed color maps that can be quickly panned and zoomed. With VZ Navigator, you'll know where you are, know what's around you, and know how to get there fast (additional Verizon charges apply). Lastly, the KRZR K1m is chaperone capable, that means you'll always know where the user is, be it a child, a baby sitter, or a teenager on her first date. And because the KRZR K1m is chaperone parent capable, you'll be able to define a zone or a specific area, such as a school or summer camp, and when your family member enters or leaves the zone with their handset, Verizon will automatically send an alert to your phone with the time and location of your family member's handset.

Fusing superior form with rich functionality, the KRZR K1m houses a host of premium multimedia features. The ultimate all-in one device for extraordinary imaging, the phone lets you capture your latest jaunt to Cape Town via the 1.3-megapixel camera, or via video capture and playback capabilities. And don't forget that with a removable MicroSD card slot, there's always room for all your favorite music files. The phone supports playback of music in AAC, MP3, and AAC+ formats.
