I am satisfied very much with the camera itself and the video it gives.
However, I downloaded it onto my system with windows vista and it won't let me uninstall. There was a new install to upgrade from windows xp that it came with and it keeps coming up with you can't uninstall missing 2 exe files. So now I'm stuck with a version that doesn't work. Took the whole program files out and off computer and I don't know how to get it off my computer to get the new version to download.
Support gave me a couple things to try but no resolve. They are in Denmark I believe so it is futile to try to get an answer. It lets me webcam but not save files now. The file type it suggests that is saving the computer doesn't recognize?? So I'm without the ability to make videos. Very poor customer service. They suggested sending it back to store I got it from..

The driver came with the product is not for Window Vista, that's why I think the system requirement info on the website is a little tricky. It took me a while to locate and download the driver from the manufacturer's website which is very user unfriendly. I am an advance computer user over 15 years. Once it is installed, I found the image is extremely dark and blurr. The len is not as wide angle as it said. I was too daring to try a product without a review and I feel deeply regret. In addition, I got hit by a 15% restocking fee.
