Really Difficult to Use. February 16, 2008

This camera doesn't seem to want to install and work. I purchased it as a gift for my mom and tried, over the phone, to get it to work. Still not working. If we can't get it working soon, I am going to have her return it. The instructions are minimal and not in good English. There are way too many ways to screw up the installation. It should not be this difficult. I can't find ANY documentation or drivers on the internet, which is wierd. The only thing I get when I google Dekcell CPA-1084 is a bunch of places to purchase it. Every other technical product I have ever used at least had something and usually a wealth of useful information.
