Hi. I thought this product wasn't working when I first plugged it in but go to the Logitech website.... http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/435/352&cl=us,en?osid=1&file=
and download the package, DO NOT plug and play this webcam! After downloading go into the options and uncheck "low-light boost." You will notice that there is virtually no frame rate lag, the other reviewers did not explore this webcam enough before returning it. Hope this helped!

This is an excellent value for the price. It installed easily, and provides a clear picture.It's easy to adjust to different light levels in the room. I have not set up the microphone portion. I would definitely recommend it for use with Yahoo instant messenger service.

Pros:
The quality of the picture is good (not excellent) even in dim light.
Cons:
The in-build microphone is really bad. It gives too much noise.
The software (drivers) that is shipped with the camera is awful. I spent a lot of time installing it and it crashes my system (Windows XP)
