Product Description The Expedition 4 is a compact, feature-rich pack for any photographic outing. This high-mobility pack offers foam-padded protection and quick access to an SLR, lenses, flash and accessories. The main compartment is completely foam padded with numerous adjustable, foam-padded dividers to protect a digital or film SLR, 4-6 lenses (including a 70-200mm zoom), and a flash. The camera with a zoom lens attached is suspended on two vertical, foam-padded dividers that are internally reinforced with rigid plastic. A restraint strap holds the lens firmly in place. Two Windowpane-Mesh pockets inside the front flap visibly organize filters, film and other accessories. A plastic, foam-padded platform in the bottom provides shock protection while a LockDown rain flap protects the zipper from the elements. The front pocket holds extra gear and features a water-resistant zipper.

Very durable August 15, 2008 Custer (Wisconsin) This bag is great for my camara and all the accesories. The two front small pockets are small, barely can fit my AA batteries in them. Otherwise love it!
High quality, great investment. August 7, 2008 A. Catanzaro (Los Angeles, CA United States) My husband and I recently trekked all over Morocco with this pack. It is padded and comfortable to wear for LONG periods of time-- a major plus. Very well designed, with a place (or a way to attach) everything. We comfortably fit 1 digital SLR body, 3 lenses, 2 hoods, a smaller digital camera, plus cleaning supplies, manuals, battery packs and chargers, and a bunch of granola bars inside. It is small, but adjustable to suit your particular needs. We put it to the test over the course of 12 days in very harsh conditions, and there is absolutely no sign of wear or malfunction. Our gear was well protected and secure at all times. I have found it cheaper on other websites, however.
Rugged and roomy enough March 4, 2008 Bryon S. Lape I not only use this as a backpack when I'm taking pictures in the woods, but I also use it as my primary camera bag. I can put everything I need into it and still have room, yet it is still small on my back. I've even attached my U212 tripod to the outside (sans camera) when hiking between locations.
Great camera backpack September 14, 2007 B. Henke (Vashon, WA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The backpack is great for one camera and a few lenses. I appriciate that it is easily rearrainged so that I can use the 70-300 on the camera or a smaller and it fits either way.
Tamrac Expedition July 9, 2007 Don Hudlow (Tenn., USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This backpack has ample capacity for my gear, plus extra pockets for accessories and other widgets. It handled pretty easily on multiple flights, and was handy for carry-on gear.
