4 out of 5 stars Good travel bag   August 17, 2008

This bag will protect my rebel XSI with the 18 55 lens with no trouble.Great for hiking, camping trip or day out, where you would not need your other lens and equipment.

4 out of 5 stars Not quite deep enough   July 29, 2008

This is a very nice case, with a long strap that can be worn over the shoulder or around the waist. I had purchased it thinking it would work to carry my canon rebel with the EF 70-200 lens attached; however, it is not quite deep enough for that (unless I leave the lid unzipped). I can carry the camera with the kit lens attached and another smaller lens in the bottom section, so I will get a lot of use out of the case, even if not for the purpose intended.

4 out of 5 stars Very Good   July 15, 2008

Very good, can accomodate my D80 with a variery of lenses. Strong construction.
Not much pockets but very functional.

5 out of 5 stars Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 Holster Style Case For Digital SLR & Telephoto Zoom Lens (Black)   July 1, 2008

i got this bag/case- mainly because i like Lowepro products - and because there is no velcro on the bag!!! you know how irritating it is when you are in a museum or a church shooting pictures and you have to rip open the top from Velcro- awful sound!!!! so this is the bag for you if you don't like velcro ! it is very light and i can just swing my camera in - even with the 300zoom lens on it. i like the little handle on the top too - convenient when you don't have it on your shoulder - i like the bucket type for the longer lenses - you don't have to take them off to get it in the bag.
the only draw back is that there is little space to take anything else - or put a wallet or something - there is a small outer pocket to hold an extra battery and a pocket in the inner top - for a memory card or two - but don't plan on taking much else - mostly for taking out for a day shoot or something. The good thing is that you won't want to put all of it in there and then carry it around!!! too heavy!
the bag it self is very well made - Lowepro quality all the way - the strap is removable and etc.......light, but well padded. one very small pocket in the inside lid and one very small pocket on the outside. your basic case - but best of all there is NO VELCRO !!!!!!

5 out of 5 stars Stylish and sturdy   June 27, 2008

The Cirrus TLZ25 is a fantastic carrying case for my Canon XTi +50mm lens +18-55mm lens + Canon SD1100 camera + battery charger. They all fit really comfortably in this case. And the padding is nice and thick enough to protect what's inside. It also has two extra pockets; one in the inside flap that could fit an extra battery and memory card; and an outside pocket that can fit a mini table tripod and cleaning cloth. All in all, and it's a very handy and stylish case.
If I had to point out a con, it would be the shoulder strap. It's very basic with no padding for your shoulder (which I'd prefer) and the clips are plastic that I worry if they're sturdy enough to not break off from the case's clip hook. But so far they've held up strong. So, I've been pretty pleased with this camera case. Plus, it's a lot more portable than my Canon 200DG Bag (but I like the shoulder strap on that one a lot more) so I can actually hike around town with the Lowepro.
