Urgh. I bought this DVD along with a used version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 with the intention of using Elements for digital scrapbooking. I spent two hours going through the lessons on the DVD and found out there's nothing on there about editing photos. All of the lessons are about how to store and organize your photos.
To that extent it's useful, but you won't even come close to "Mastering" Photoshop Elements 5.0 with this DVD.
