DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! June 14, 2008 Kenneth Barham (champaign, il) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been using computers since the late 70s. I build my own, I fix them for friends and family. I am competent with both hardware and software problems. That being said, I can't get this program to install. I called microsoft hoping for a hint on installation and they wanted $119 to help. Screw them. Buy anything else or get picassa2 for free. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
EZ Desktop Publisher January 8, 2008 Shauna L. Gallagher (Sacramento) Great for the amature trying to be a pro - must possess imagination and a little understanding of editing grafic art, but simple enough for my kid to use. Highly recommend to add this to your software collection to touch up pictures, create logos, post cards - flyers, etc.
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! March 29, 2006 R. Holloway (IDAHO) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I tell EVERYONE to get this! I think it is absolutely PERFECT for a variety of needs. I have purchased several other programs because I do all my scrapbooking on the computer and I have not liked them NEARLY as much as I do this program. I wish it did a few more things, but have found a different program that can take care of those few things. Not a big deal! As far as the problem that was mentioned about not being able to open your cards again, you have to save the file in a Microsoft picture it file, not a JPEG or any other file. Learned that the hard way!! :) But, once you make the mistake and know how to fix it, it is easy!!
problem with greeting card text....disappearing after saving November 6, 2005 dalysh (Ontario, Canada) 1 out of 6 found this review helpful
I don't know why when I create cards and save them for printing later, my text on the inside and back of the cards disappears! I insert the text again, and again and again, only to have it delete after I save it. What is happening? Very frustrating to say the least.
The Best Yet September 12, 2005 William Schatz (Chicago, IL) 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
i have been using Microsoft Picture It since 1998 and the new Photo Premium edition is by far the best, fastest, and easiest one to use. I have reached a new height in photo editing and spend far too many hours on the computer editing photos of everything from my grandchildren to landscapes. Thanks Microsoft and thanks Amazon
