Partly disappointedJanuary 18, 2008 Alica Cochran(Kansas City) This camera does not work well in low lighting. I am happy with the results when the light is on. You can not see anything if the light is off, even with a window in the room. We have viewed the camera day and night with same results. The light must be on or the shade completely open to see detail. When the light is on, you can see slight detail such as what the person is wearing, but unless you know who they are, you would not be able to identify the person. We bought this camera as a nanny cam and will always know who we are looking at, so that was not as important.
