1 out of 5 stars No video with QuickTime .mov playback   July 28, 2007

Got this for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. Big problem is that when we record in .mov file format, it plays back on the camera, but not when we try it on a computer. We've tried it on both a Mac and a PC. Same thing on both -- we hear the audio but cannot see any video. I've tried various different settings with no luck. We have no problem when we record in .wmv file format and play it back on a PC with Win Media Player, but my daughter uses a Mac, which makes this thing pretty worthless. And I can't find a web site for the company to look for support. I guess I'll be sending it back.
