Very good quality pictures with this lens, especially the macros. It is not very fast, and has a limited depth of view.

This lens works if you have a lot of time to spend trying to make it work. It is supposed to be customized for my Canon 5D but the threads are so tight it takes several minutes to get it to screw on. The auto focus synch with my camera is not very fast or efficient. I always have to use manual. The lens itself makes quite a bit of noise when it focuses. It is not smooth by any means. I know I did not pay a huge sum for this lens, but I was hoping it would get me by until I could afford a better one. It does not get me by at all. I wish I had saved the money towrds a real lens.
